The site is spread across an area of 18 acres and includes a 20 acres water body with an island. The Central Business District (CBD) is located to the center of the site and one of the largest convention centres in the country.

All of the tourist attractions of Eco Park are well supervised from the Eco Park Office.
This Park is Under Constant CCTV Surveillance, for Security Metal Detector, Thermal Scanner.
This approach offers an additional benefit as compared to traditional models for developing parks.

The park has been divided into three broad parts:
1) Ecological zones like wetlands, grasslands
2) Theme gardens and open spaces
3) and urban recreational spaces

A small bridge is constructed to go the island and see waterfall from a distance.
Central India's Extreme Adventure Park with maximum adventure rides like skycycle, zipline, climbing, rope course, bungee ejection, bungee trampoline, paddle cart, & many more adventure activities for all age groups.
